DÍA MUNDIAL DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE

La famosa "mancha de basura del Pacífico" despertó la atención global sobre el plástico oceánico, pero muchos datos difundidos son engañosos. Lejos de ser una isla visible, se trata de un vórtice difuso compuesto mayormente por residuos de la industria pesquera. Gran parte del plástico no proviene del "arrojo irresponsable", sino del mal manejo sistémico de residuos. Además, el reciclaje, aunque valioso, no es suficiente: solo una pequeña fracción del plástico oceánico es reciclable. Los microplásticos, provenientes de neumáticos, textiles y pinturas, están en aumento, contaminando incluso zonas alejadas. La solución no está solo en reciclar, sino en reducir la producción de plásticos y simplificar sus componentes químicos. En este Día del Medio Ambiente, urge exigir cambios estructurales, responsabilidad industrial y políticas globales más firmes para combatir esta crisis plástica de raíz.

TODOS CONTRA EL DENGUE 2024
Este vídeo constituye un recurso a través del cual se busca informar y prevenir a toda la comunidad educativa sobre la importancia de mitigar el riesgo de contraer dengue. En el video se explica qué es el dengue, cómo se transmite, cuáles son los síntomas, cómo es el mosquito trasmisor, cuál es su ciclo de vida, por qué pica, dónde pone los huevos y cómo podemos prevenir o reducir el riesgo de contraer dengue.
This video constitutes a resource through which we seek to inform and warn the entire educational community about the importance of mitigating the risk of contracting dengue. The video explains what dengue is, how it is transmitted, what the symptoms are, what the transmitting mosquito is like, what its life cycle is, why it bites, where it lays its eggs and how we can prevent or reduce the risk of contracting it. dengue.

World Water Day 2024
EL área de ciencias naturales y educación ambiental se
complace en invitarlos a participar de una celebración muy importante, el día mundial del agua, y a reflexionar en torno al lema establecido por la ONU para el
presente año (2024): Agua para la paz. Los invitamos observar el material elaborado
por el área de artística en colaboración con el área de inglés y con el área de
ciencias naturales y a escribir una frase corta, en inglés, sobre la
importancia del agua para la paz y para la vida (escriba también el nombre
completo y el grado).

Experiment 2. Atomic cloud
En la realización de este experimento, denominado nube atómica, se utilizaron los siguientes sustancias: agua, agua destilada, glicerina, hielo seco y jabón líquido.
